POUND, VA – Treva Gail Roberts, 76, entered the presence of her Lord and Savior Saturday July 25, 2026, from her residence. Her loving family was at her bedside.

Treva was born February 14, 1950, to Thurman and Claudette (Mullins) Meade in Norton, VA. Treva met Mack Roberts in high school and knew each other for years when they were married on August 11, 1972, this must have truly been a match that was meant to be, it stood the test of time for 54 years. Their marriage was blessed with two children, Kyla and Jason. Treva’s Christian faith was central to her life, she was a faithful servant of the Lord. Treva was a devoted wife, nurturing mother and devout Christian. Her life reflected boundless grace and unconditional love. She guided her home with wisdom, patience and a gentle spirit.

In addition to being a devoted wife and mother Treva enjoyed her flower beds, she was blessed with a green thumb. She loved westerns and was an expert on western movie trivia. Treva was a phenomenal homemaker; her home was beautifully decorated and kept as clean as a pin. She loved gospel music, listening to and singing it. Treva was a member of the Faithway Singers and sang at numerous churches and funerals for years. She loved her Lord, her family and gospel music.

Treva was reunited in Heaven with her parents Thurman and Claudette, her sisters Gina Louise Meade and Rhonda Kay Hamilton.

Treva is survived by her loving husband of 54 years Herbert Mack Roberts; her daughter Kyla Stanley and husband Garry-Pound, VA; her son Jason Roberts and wife Katie-Buford. GA; her nephew Todd Makris and wife Brittany-Opelika, AL; her great niece (also known as her grandchild) Isla Makris; several special cousins; and a host of friends and loved ones.

We rejoice in the promise of eternal life for Treva is now at peace in the arms of her Savior.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 pm Tuesday July 28, 2026, in the Baker Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Danny Mullins and Reverend Randy Carter officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until time of services.

Graveside committal service will be conducted at 11:00 am Wednesday July 29, 2026, at the Levi Cantrell Cemetery on McFall Fork Road where Jason Roberts, Garry Stanley, Sammy Powers, Joe Mullins and Todd Makris will serve as pallbearers. Family and friends are asked to meet at Baker Funeral Home by 10:00 am for a final viewing and to prepare to go in procession to the cemetery.
