Obituary

BIG STONE GAP, VA – Scotty Lee Lewis, 44, entered into

eternity Monday August 10, 2026, from his home. His wife and

son were with him.

Scotty was born June 22, 1982, in Norton, VA. He was of the

Christian faith and attended Lost Creek Ministries. He was a

Yankees, Atlanta Braves and New England Patriots fan and also

enjoyed watching wrestling. He cherished his collection of guitars.

But he is best known as a lifelong member of the KISS Army who

lived out loud, loved fiercely, and believed that every day was a

chance to “Rock and Roll All Night”.

Scotty discovered early that life was best lived with high volume,

big dreams and lots of flair. To Scotty, Kiss wasn’t just a band it

was a soundtrack to a life well lived, a philosophy of standing

out, and a community of friends who felt like family. He proudly

wore the badge of the KISS Army.

Scotty was preceded in death by his brother Devin Lewis, his

maternal grandparents Gwendoylan and Curtis Kilgore; his paternal
