POUND, VA- Ronnie Lee Mullins, 86, passed away peacefully Monday August 3, 2026 at his residence. His grandson was at his side.

Ronnie was of the Baptist faith. He was a former coal truck driver who worked hard for 50 years to support his family. He cherished the time he spent with his family and tried to help them in any way he could. Ronnie loved to work on vehicles, there wasn't much on a vehicle that he couldn't fix. He used to be a big NASCAR fan, especially Mark Martin. He loved to fish and watch westerns like Gunsmoke and the Rifleman.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents Lenville and Ella (Bray) Mullins; his sisters Patsy Shortt, Margie Shortt and Sandra Dee Mullins: and his brothers Ricky Van Mullins, Jerry Neal Mullins, Giles Mullins and Lenville Mullins. Jr.

Survivors include his daughters Kelly Keith-Abingdon, VA, Stephanie Mullins-Bristol, TN and Rhonda Mullins-Clintwood, VA; his grandchildren Jeffrey Lee Elkins, Travis James Elkins, Cody Mullins, Justin Mullins, Brian Keith and Sarah Keith; great-grandchildren Jaxn Elkins, Braxon Elkins, Penny Mullins and Jackson Mullins; his sister Shelby Jean Williams and husband Carl-Kingsport, TN; several nieces, nephews and cousins; special friends Chigger Mullins and Stanley Dotson; and a host of friends and loved ones.

In accordance with Ronnie's wishes he will be cremated and there will be no services.
