POUND, VA – Margie Bledsoe Mullins Roberts, 69, entered peacefully into eternity Thursday August 14, 2025 from Holston Valley Medical Center after fighting a battle with cancer. Her loving daughters was at her bedside.

Margie was of the Christian faith. She was a warm, caring and compassionate person. Her family was her priority, she tried to care for them in any way possible. Margie loved being involved with her grandchildren, from the time they were born she stayed

engaged in helping care for them. She was affectionately known to them as "Bunny"

Margie also demonstrated her sense of compassion in her chosen profession as a registered nurse. She was devoted to her patients during her career at Buchanan General Hospital in Grundy, VA then at the Bristol Regional Hospital and finally at Dr. Saado's Health and Beauty Clinic in Clintwood, VA.

Margie was an avid reader, she enjoyed yardwork, especially her flowers. Margie also enjoyed watching crime shows and Fox

News and was a staunch Trump supporter. She loved dogs Trixie, Pogo and Lacy. Margie was a homebody, but she delighted in

visiting with her family.

Margie was preceded in death by her parents Edward P. Bledsoe, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth (Baker) Bledsoe; a sister Harriet Bledsoe; and her brother-in-law J W Griffith.

Margie is survived by her husband David Roberts-Pound, VA; her daughters Michelle Woodfield and husband Mark-Bristol, VA/

Scottsdale, AZ and Grace Mullins and fiancé Brandon Keen-Gray, TN; her son Geoffrey Mullins-Reston, VA; her beloved grand-

children Colt Woodfield, Cade Woodfield, Chloe Keen and Holden Keen; her sisters Jennifer Bledsoe Griffith-Clinton MS and Brenda Bledsoe Handam and husband Hasan-Marina, CA; her brother Edward Bledsoe, Jr. and wife Teresa-Greeneville, TN; a bonus sister Linda Meade-Pound, VA; special niece Kim Nicewonder; special

friends Felicia Abdelfattah and Mary Nixon; her former husband and father of her children Greg Mullins; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and a host of friends and loved ones.

Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday August 23, 2025 in the Baker Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Greg Cyphers officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until time

of services.

Burial and committal services will follow in the Bolling Cemetery-Pound, VA where David Roberts, Mark Woodfield, Brandon Keen, Greg Mullins, Geoffrey Mullins and Colt Woodfield will serve as pallbearers. Serving as honorary pall bearers will be Steven Johnson, Andrew Baker, Ben Baker and Ben Meade.
