NORTON, VA – Ethan Lane Osborne, 23, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday October 7, 2025, at the Johnson City Medical Center. His loving family was at his side.

Ethan was of the Christian faith. He was a 2020 graduate of Central

High School and former employee of Mullican Lumber and Chick-fil-A.

He was scheduled to start work for Foundever Technical Services. Ethan

was talented in many ways, he was skilled at writing, drawing and sculpting.

He enjoyed gaming, especially Dungeons and Dragons, and swimming and

was an avid reader. Ethan loved to travel and experience new adventures with his family and friends. Ethan and his father were one another best friend. He will truly be missed by his family and friends.

Ethan was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Jessee Lee and

Aleta Ann (Green) Osborne; his maternal grandfather, Emmett Franklin Sexton

and his uncle James Wesley Osborne.

Survivors include his father Jessee Steven Osborne-Norton, VA; his mother Della Marie (Sexton) Osborne-Norton, Va; his brothers, Brett Osborne- Norton, VA and Landon Hubbard and companion Sarah Church-Norton, VA; maternal grandmother, Kathy Williams; his uncles Roger Lee Osborne-Pound, VA and Emmett Sexton -Norton, VA; aunts, Jode Marlene Osborne-Kingsport, TN,

Regenia Christine Anderson-Norton, VA, Carolyn Marie Brummitt-Norton, VA,

Sula Sexton-Norton, VA and Jessica Mullins-Norton, VA; nieces, Dixie Jane Hubbard and Junie James Hubbard; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and a host of friends and loved ones.

All services will be private.
