Obituary

COEBURN, VA – Deloris Faye "Dee" Mullins, 80, entered into eternity Wednesday February 4, 2026, from Norton Community

Hospital. Her son mark was by her side.

Deloris, who was known as "Dee" to family and friends, was a Christian of the Baptist faith and attended Crab Orchard Freewill

Baptist Church in Coeburn, VA until she was no longer able. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She especially loved her grandson Cameron. Her son Mark was also her best friend and caretaker, he had lovingly cared for his mother for several years. Dee was a devoted homemaker, she loved taking care of her family. Dee loved sewing and crocheting and doing cross-stitch. Lately she enjoyed playing games on her computer, and had been an avid reader all her life, she still had hundreds of books she had read. She took time daily to read from her Bible. Dee also enjoyed watching ME-TV.

Dee was preceded in death by her parents Rosevelt and Mary Alice (Moore) Blankenship; her husband Alvin Mullins; the father of her son Shearlon Mullins; sister Louise Gwynn; her brother Ted

Blankenship; her stepdaughter Thresia Mullins; her stepson Kevin Mullins; and her step grandson Shannon Mullins.

Dee is survived by her son Mark Mullins-Coeburn, VA; her grandson Cameron Mullins; her sister Donna Jean Cline; her brother Ed Blankenship; and her stepchildren Tonia Kennedy, Cindy Wright

and husband Clifford, Rhonda Adams and companion James Bentley, Lisa Rasnick and husband Scott, Kim Mullins, Robin Mullins and husband Greg, Kristi Mullins; Stevie Mullins and wife Deidra, Ricky Mullins, Randy "Rambo" Mullins and wife Dora, Timmy Mullins and Jimmy Mullins; numerous nieces, nephew and cousins; and ahost of friends and loved ones.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Saturday February 7, 2026 in the Baker Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Randy

Carter officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 Noon until time of services.

Burial and committal services will follow in the Gilmer Mullins Cemetery-Pound, VA where family members will serve as pall-

bearers.
